- Discovery and Design(Initial Consultation ) – Turning Ideas into Solutions and Turning Solutions into art.
The first meeting of this phase is for the collaboration of ideas, expectations and technology with your key people. We will examine your organizations current needs and future goals of Communication and compare them with current Internet technology. We will also discuss any cost expectations you may have or budgets you have allocated for the project.
- Design-The second meeting is to discuss our proposal for designing the website for you. If you accept this proposal, then we will begin work. Our first job is to clearly articulate and define your website’s goals, constraints, and requirements including both broad and narrow objectives which will ultimately define the project’s scope throughout the whole process. It is important that key people are included in this meeting for the purpose of brainstorming.We will then examine our ideas in a more practical sense as they relate to the current operational Practices of your organization. We accomplish this by meeting with key users to understand their Requirements and to clarify their expectations of the web site. This will reduce the number of Changes during the beta testing in phase.The Discovery phase is critical to the final outcome in Order to avoid wasting time, energy and money.

The purpose of this phase is to explore ways to insure our creative elements, layouts and technology solutions, will communicate a clear, concise and professional message to your intended audience.During this phase, we will meet with you to provide different design ideas for examination and then between us, refine the look, color and placement of elements, providing you with a design that best suits your tastes. Every website should be unique to reflect the uniqueness of your organization and the products and/or services it offers its target audience. Most organizations work hard to differentiate themselves, so your website should also reflect this difference and be an original creative design.
- Development -After a clear understanding of which program elements are required to meet all the functional goals and which artistic elements offer the best form to communicate your message, we will then assess with you the importance of each element in relation to budgets and time frames. Certain elements will take priority over others in accomplishing your goals. Our job during this phase is to help you decide just what features will be of value for your current Internet goals and which ones will not.Once we finalize all elements in the website including color compositions, functionality and Templates, development will begin on an alpha site. The alpha website will be uploaded to a Temporary location on the internet so that you can see our progress and comment on changes.
- Demonstration -This is essentially a show & tell testing phase before taking the website live. Aspects of style and Function may need to be fine tuned before release. Key users are encouraged to try the beta site and comment on anything that could be made better. We will then correct whatever elements are in question and make a final demonstration before the next phase.
- Deployment-Once your site is complete and ready for publication on the Internet, we will upload your files directly to the web server. Your web site is now live.Keeping your website updated regularly and continuing to expanding and refine its content are key ingredients for its success. We will look forward to discussing with you periodically, what is working and ways to improve or make changes.
